Meet Our Board
Nate is father to 5 sons and 3 daughters who keep him very busy and active. He has been a pillar in the BYFA program since its inception in 2012. With extensive football knowledge and experience including his designation as a two time NAIA All-American lineman for Cumberland University, Nate infuses passion and excitement for the sport into the league along with his reinforcement of hard work and dedication. He values physical fitness as an important part of life and stays active as a professional in mixed martial arts. Nate thoroughly enjoys mentoring youth and giving back to the community.
Coach Brittany was born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN. She grew up in the Blackman Community and graduated from Blackman High School in 2008. Brittany first became associated with the Blackman Youth Football and Cheer League in 2020 as a parent supporting her daughter in cheerleading. In 2021, she volunteered to coach sideline cheer and later in the season coached competition cheer and continued both throughout the 2022 cheer season. While Brittany absolutely enjoys teaching cheers, techniques, and stunts, her favorite part of coaching is getting to know each of the athletes and mentoring kids to give it their all in a team sport and how that impacts the dynamics of a team and their performance.

Stefanie is a former auto claims adjuster who is currently a stay at home wife and mother to four. Stefanie enjoys watching her children grow in their passion for football and is excited about being a helpful part of the Blackman Youth team.
